We have been discussing this event since Quest Emporium opened last fall. I recently traveled to Japan, and Chef Ai, a Japanese chef in Brooklyn, traveled to Brazil this year, making this event happen. The menu for this event reflects our experience in both Japan and Brazil. Take the best of both worlds! We will bring a warm spring energy to the table.
